Ali Oromchian, Esq.

Mr. Oromchian is a graduate of the University of California at Davis, where he received a dual Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Political Science and Rhetoric & Communications. 

He holds a law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law.  During law school, Mr. Oromchian was the Editor-in-Chief of the Business Law Journal also worked for the Honorable Connie Callahan at the California Court of Appeals for the Third District. 

He also received an LL.M. in Taxation with Honors from The George Washington University Law School.  He is a member of the California and District of Columbia bars.

Mr. Oromchian’s family has made the San Francisco Bay Area their home for over 20 years.  He currently lives in San Ramon, with his wife Ozzie Jafarnia, a local pediatric dentist and daughters Caroline and Emme.

Darrell Solomon, Esq.

Mr. Salomon is a civil litigation trial attorney, he has been chief counsel in numerous multi-million dollar jury cases in California state and federal courts and in federal courts in other states. Prior to joining this firm, he was senior West Coast litigator for a 300-lawyer national law firm, directing the firm's San Francisco litigation group.  He is a former member of the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys of California. Darrell has served as Lecturer in Law at the University of Santa Clara, as Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate School of Law, and as a member of the faculty of the College of Advocacy, Hastings College of Law. He has written and lectured widely on the subject of civil litigation trials. He has served as a consultant for Matthew Bender & Company's publication "California Business Litigation Jury Instructions." He currently serves on the Editorial Board of the Council on Education in Management publication "Preventing Employment Law Problems in the California Workplace."

Timothy Walker, Esq.

Mr. Walker is a graduate of the University of Hawaii, Manoe, where he received a Bachelor of Music degree with Distinction, and of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he served on the Constitutional Law Quarterly.  He is a member of both the California and Hawaii bars, and has years of business litigation and trial experience in both states.  He was born in Walnut Creek, CA and makes his home there with his family, enjoying active participation in his community as school volunteer, coach, and community emergency response team member.

Sara Izadpanah, Esq.

Ms. Izadpanah is a graduate of the University of California, Davis where she received a Bachelor of Arts and the University of San Francisco where she received her Juris Doctorate.  She is a member of the California bar and has years of experience in business transactions.

Jeremiah Barlow, Esq.

Mr. Barlow is a seasoned attorney serving clients throughout California and Nevada, focusing on estate planning and business formation & transactions. His clients consist of both individual and various businesses and their owners. With extensive legal experience, Mr. Barlow focuses on protecting his clients' wealth through effective wealth preservation and asset protection planning. Mr. Barlow is a member of the State Bar of California and Nevada, and is admitted to practice before all U.S. District Courts of California and Nevada. He has also argued before the Nevada Supreme Court.  Mr. Barlow was born and raised in Reno, Nevada, and is a third generation Nevadan. With offices in both Southern California and Northern Nevada, Mr. Barlow splits his time between both offices. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Kymberly, reading and traveling, and has traveled extensively throughout Europe, South American, Central American and the U.S.
